Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy (Online ONLY. The store return policy could be different.)

  • Merchandise must be returned to us (arrive at our office) within 20 days of delivery to the customer.
  • Merchandise must be in its original condition, without fragrance and make-up residue, unworn and unwashed. Any gifted items must also be returned.
  • We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
  • Sale items and special price items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • All accessories (sunglasses, bags, jewelry, headbands, hats, underwear, hosiery, belts, footwear, socks, and bodysuits) cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

  • We don't offer exchanges for orders. If you would like a different size or color, please return your unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over $98, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Important Notice

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We are not responsible for any refunds or reshipments if the package is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  • If a shipment is undelivered due to circumstances beyond anyone's control, we will refund 50% of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs.
