Shipping Cost

Free shipping on orders of US $150 or more before taxes, shipping, and handling.
A flat shipping fee of $8 applies to orders under $150.
Orders are packed and shipped Monday through Friday only.

Shipping & Delivery

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Standard delivery typically takes 7–10 business days after shipment, excluding weekends and holidays.

Depending on stock availability, some items may require an additional 2–3 business days for processing. If there is any delay, our staff will notify you via email.

In-Store Pick Up

In-store pick up is available during office hours.

Shipping Insurance

Complimentary shipping insurance is included on orders over $300.
For orders under $300, insurance is available upon request and may require an additional fee.

Important Notice

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Once a package has been shipped, delivery and tracking updates are handled by the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen packages after delivery.

If a shipment is returned or undeliverable due to circumstances beyond our control, partial refunds may apply depending on the situation.
